HFC Networks Club is the name given to the business networking events organised by Cornwall’s largest theatre, Hall For Cornwall.

The bi-monthly networking events are held in HFC’s Assembly room, and are open to all individuals working in local business, or looking to start-up a company in Cornwall/Devon, or indeed hoping to secure employment in the region.
Each event has a different theme which is often reflected in the food and drink offer and in the presentation given by a local expert. The general running of each event is as follows:

Occasionally we are joined by cast members from the touring show with us at the time, or have another short activity (speed networking etc) between 16.00 and 17.00.
Each booked delegate is sent the Delegate List a week before the event so that they know who is likely to be there on the day. On arrival at Hall For Cornwall, delegates are handed an updated list clearly showing cancellations and additions since the last time the list was published.
At each event we have a Pairing board; on the day, simply fill out a slip with your name and the name of the person you want to be connected up with. If the person you want to be connected up with is there, we will make sure you are paired up with them for a chat. If they're not at the event or were there but have left, we will write on the ticket 'Not here' and will then facilitate a connection by pairing you up by email after the event.
We open the booking for each event once the last has finished. Those on the HFC Networks Club mailing list will be sent a prompt by email to remind them to book their place well in advance of the event.
